After seeing how quickly and hearing how smoothly our former neighbors were able to sell their condo, we contacted Amy to help us with the selling and buying process. After our initial meeting, Amy quickly set us up with the MLS listings and encouraged us to keep an eye on the list, visit open houses and reach out to her for any private showings. All the while she would check in and send us key listings to be sure to visit. As buyers we toured several dozen homes on our own and with Amy. She understood what we were looking for, answered any questions we had about buying and motivated us to keep checking the available listing. She was patient with us when needed and straightforward with us when critical decisions needed to be made. When we found the home we’d been looking for, Amy snapped in to action and helped us secure the listing before the for sale sign even went up in the yard. As sellers, Amy was helpful with providing tips for staging, fair pricing and timing. Our goal in the buy and sell process was to not hold two mortgages for an extended period of time. With Amy’s guidance and assistance, the window of overlap was only days. From searching, selling, inspections, negotiations, walk-throughs and closings Amy was able to make the sell and buy process as smooth as could be by being responsive and available, detail oriented and by having top knowledge of the area and industry.
