""In the spring of 2010, our family (my husband, son, dog, and I) were relocated to Minneapolis, MN. The move happened fast and we were connected with Amy as our realtor. She reached out to us quickly and was more than accommodating to meet with us on short notice or at a time that worked best for us.
From the minute we met Amy, we felt that not only were we clients but truly people that she genuinely cared to help. Our house search was not what we would call typical. We worked with Amy for nearly six months! We looked at numerous homes and struggled to find just the right fit. Through the search, Amy was patient and understanding of our needs. She continued to make recommendations as she learned what interested us. Finally we made a determination to build a home, very exciting for our family.
The road was a long one, however. We went through numerous visits with the homebuilder, design center, and builder's agent. After weeks with no progress on our new home, we were frustrated. Amy was there to help us, guide us in the process, and make recommendations for things we should think about. It wasn't just about a sale for her, it was about doing the right thing and ensuring our needs were met.
Amy found us a different home that was under construction. It was perfect and because of Amy's guidance, each day we are thankful for the neighborhood and community in which we live. Amy is in large part why we ended up where we did and we love it.
Amy's support continued beyond us signing the papers. Her follow up after the sale has been incredible and we enjoy hearing from Amy still today. This home was our third home purchase and Amy far exceeded any expectations we had in a realtor. We recommend her to anyone and are thankful that we were put in touch with such a great realtor, but more importantly a great person who we knew was looking out for our best interests. "

""My family and I relocated to Minnesota back in August 2008 due to my job moving my position in Minnesota. It is always a little unnerving when you are in a new location and not familiar with your surroundings. Then to be trying to find a home for your family and hoping you are making the right choice of are.
To get straight to the point we could not have asked for a better realtor. Amy was very easy to get along with and never made us feel like it was a hassle to call her any time with a question. She was very in tune to our needs and worked diligently to meet them. Her knowledge of the area was great and was an asset in helping us choose the right house and location.
We did find a great house in a great location for a great price no thanks to Amy. She was always on top of the whole process for us, even catching error in the documents before they even got to us for signing. Amy even had all the contacts needed to get the house inspection done with a reputable company.

I was relocated to Minneapolis by Target in 2008 and introduced to Amy Jurek. Amy was fun, easy to work with, she knew the Target culture and made something daunting and challenging seem effortless.
We found a great place at a great price and I was able to close and move in within 30 days of arriving in Minneapolis. Some of the tasks that she made stand out as exceptional were working as liaison between my mortgage lender and the buyer connecting me to a home inspector bringing all parties to me for the closing so that I didn't have to take more than an hour off of work great communicator, we had back up plans and clear expectations knowing that we were on an accelerated timeline for this process.
